Ingredients

  • Meatballs
  • 3 potatoes, pre-cooked
  • 500g beef
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Red paprika powder
  • 150g Gouda, grated
  • Béchamelsauce
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the béchamel sauce in a saucepan.
  2. Slice the boiled potatoes.
  3. Place on the inside of a casserole dish.
  4. Mix the ground beef with the chopped onions, chopped parsley and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Form the meat mixture into meatballs and spread them over the potatoes.
  6. Stuck the rest of the potatoes between the meatballs.
  7. Cover the meatballs with béchamel sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 Bake for about 40 minutes.
