Original iced coffee with coconut milk

Ingredients

  • 150 ml coffee
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • pinch cardamom
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1 clove
  • 1 pinch vanilla pulp
  • sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare coffee and place in a saucepan along with cardamom, nutmeg, clove, vanilla pulp and sugar.
  2. Slightly heat the coffee and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes to allow the spices to develop their aroma.
  3. A Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the coffee through a sieve, the spices are filtered through the sieve.
  5. Beat the coconut milk with a mixer.
  6. Add the whipped coconut milk to the coffee.
  7. Mix and serve the iced coffee with a straw.
