Very tasty oriental appetizer made from lavash bread, which is not that difficult to prepare. The green herbs and processed cheese complement the fish in an interesting way. The lavash breads are spread with mayonnaise and topped with a mixture of boiled eggs, fish and grated processed cheese. Twisted into a roll, the result is a delicious-tasting fish roll.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tin of fish, to taste
  • 1 bunch of green herbs
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • 80 g mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces of lavash bread, thin

Instructions

  1. Put the processed cheese in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes.
  3. Let them cool and grate finely on a medium-sized grater.
  4. Drain the oil from the canned fish and grate the fish with a Crush the fork.
  5. Chop the green herbs into small pieces.
  6. Grate the processed cheese with a fine grater.
  7. Spread a light layer of mayonnaise on one piece of lavash bread and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Cover with a second piece of lavash bread and also spread with mayonnaise.
  9. Fish , Mix the eggs and vegetables and spread on the flatbread.
  10. Wrap the roll carefully.
  11. Leave the finished lavash to stand in the fridge for about an hour.
  12. Before serving, cut the fish roll into equal-sized slices and serve.
