Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 4 lemons
  • 50 g ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey

Utensils

  • citrus cress
  • grater
  • stand mixer
  • jars

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the oranges and lemons.
  2. Grate the ginger.
  3. Pour everything into the blender and stir until fluffy.
  4. Pour the orange juice into glasses and serve.
