Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 90 g milk chocolate
  • 80 ml cream

Utensils

  • bowl
  • pot
  • hand blender
  • cake ring

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese warm to room temperature.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into pieces.
  3. Place in a heatproof bowl.
  4. Place over a double boiler and stir until the chocolate has melted.
  5. You can use a microwave instead be.
  6. To do this, place the chocolate in the microwave for about 10 seconds and then stir well.
  7. Reheat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  8. Add the melted chocolate to the room temperature cream cheese.
  9. With mix thoroughly with a hand blender.
  10. Place a cake ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm on a plate.
  11. Pour in the cream cheese mixture.
  12. Then smooth it out.
  13. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  14. Cut the milk chocolate into small Chop pieces.
  15. Pour the hot cream over it.
  16. Stir the mixture well.
  17. Pour the chocolate sauce over the cake.
  18. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for a further 10 minutes to cool and d then enjoy.
