New Year's finger food from bruschetta with tomatoes and goat cheese

Top the crispy fried pieces of bread with a tender and fluffy mixture of goat cheese and lemon and serve with the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. You already have a delicious that can be prepared in just a few minutes .

  • 5-7 slices of white bread
  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon zest, grated, to taste
  • 5-7 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil


  1. Cut each slice of bread into two round or rectangular pieces.
  2. Fry lightly on both sides.
  3. Lightly beat the goat cheese in a stand mixer.
  4. Add the cream, salt, pepper and lemon zest, mix again.
  5. Cut the tomatoes in half .
  6. Pluck the basil leaves from the stalks.
  7. Place the cheese mixture, half a cherry tomato and a basil leaf on each slice of bread.
  8. Dress up the bruschetta and serve as New Year’s finger food on New Year’s Eve.
