Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal, tender
  • ½ cup raisins, light variety
  • 50 g Walnuts, ground
  • 30 g walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the melted butter and the sour cream.
  3. Add the baking powder and gradually the flour with the ground walnuts and oatmeal.
  4. First sprinkle the raisins in the muffin cases.
  5. Then the Divide the batter into the molds in small portions.
  6. Place a few chopped walnuts on top.
  7. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  8. Let the muffins cool down and enjoy with tea.
