Ingredients

  • 200 g nougat
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 2 tbsp kirsch
  • 10 g pistachios, finely chopped
  • 125 g icing sugar
  • 100 g chocolate coating

Instructions

  1. Cut the nougat into small pieces.
  2. Then shape into balls and chill.
  3. Stir the raw marzipan until smooth.
  4. Add the kirsch, pistachios and icing sugar.
  5. Form the marzipan into a roll and cut into pieces.
  6. Dust the work surface with icing sugar.
  7. Press the pieces of marzipan flat on top.
  8. Place the nougat balls on top.
  9. Hide in the marzipan and roll into balls.
  10. Melt the couverture and dip the balls into the melted chocolate.
  11. The Let the Mozart balls harden and enjoy.
