Ingredients

Dough

  • 150 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ p. Dried yeast

Topping

  • 60 g tomato passata
  • Salami, to taste
  • 100 g cheese, sliced
  • 50 g black olives

Utensils

  • food processor
  • kitchen brush
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Knead the water, salt, flour, olive oil and dry yeast in a food processor to form a smooth dough.
  2. Let the pizza dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  3. Season the tomato passata with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out mini pizzas with a glass or a cutter.
  5. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  6. Spread with the tomato passata.
  7. Cut the cheese into strips and place on the pizzas in the shape of a mummy’s face topping.
  8. Bake the pizzas at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
  9. Cut the black olives into rings and place them on the baked pizzas as eyes.
