Minced leek soup made from leeks with melted cheese
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 500 g minced meat
- 3 leeks
- 700 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g processed cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Oil, to taste
- Nutmeg, to taste

Instructions
- Dice the onion and sauté in a pan with oil.
- Add the minced meat and sauté well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the leek into rings and add to the minced meat.
- Sauté for 4 minutes .
- Add water and vegetable stock and cook for a further 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Round off with melted cheese and crème fraîche.
- Season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
