Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 leeks
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g processed cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Oil, to taste
  • Nutmeg, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • pot
  • cutting board
  • beater

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan with oil.
  2. Add the minced meat and sauté well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the leek into rings and add to the minced meat.
  5. Sauté for 4 minutes .
  6. Add water and vegetable stock and cook for a further 10 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Round off with melted cheese and crème fraîche.
  8. Season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  9. Minced leek Soup warm with crispy Serve the baguette.
