Mexican salsa salad with watermelon

An unusual twist on a Mexican salsa that’s reminiscent of a salad. Chili, coriander, onion and lime juice give the salsa a hot and spicy aroma.

Ingredients

  • 400 g watermelon pulp
  • chilli peppers
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • ½ red onion, small
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the watermelon.
  2. Chop the cilis into small pieces.
  3. Chop the cilantro and finely dice the onion.
  4. Put everything in a salad bowl.
  5. Season with lime juice and salt and stir well.
  6. The melon salsa in the Leave the fridge for about 1 hour.
