Ingredients

  • 300 g beef tongue
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g brown bread
  • 50 g cheese
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • rocket salad, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the beef tongue and let it cool down.
  2. Then cut the meat into slices and then into strips.
  3. Boil the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
  4. Roughly grate the cheese and whites.
  5. Mix the yolks with the mayonnaise.
  6. Tomatoes cut into slices.
  7. Clean the rocket and mix in a bowl with the meat and egg yolk mayonnaise.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve the meat salad on a plate.
  10. Garnish with tomato slices.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese and egg white and serve.
