Mascarpone dessert with strawberries and biscuits
Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 4 tbsp milk
- 200 ml cream
- 1 p. Vanilla sugar
- 40 g sugar
- 400 g strawberries
- Mint, for garnish
- 6-8 butter biscuits, roughly crumbled
Utensils

- dessert glasses
- spoon
- knife
Instructions
- Mix the mascarpone with the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Carefully fold the cream into the mascarpone.
- Wash and trim the strawberries and chop as small as you like.
- A layer of mascarpone cream in Arrange among the glasses.
- Layer the crumbled biscuits in the glasses.
- Then place the strawberries on top.
- Another layer of mascarpone, biscuits and more strawberries.
- Refrigerate the dessert until ready to eat.
- Add mint if desired garnish and serve.
