Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 40 g sugar
  • 400 g strawberries
  • Mint, for garnish
  • 6-8 butter biscuits, roughly crumbled

Utensils

  • hand mixer
  • bowl
  • dessert glasses
  • spoon
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff.
  3. Carefully fold the cream into the mascarpone.
  4. Wash and trim the strawberries and chop as small as you like.
  5. A layer of mascarpone cream in Arrange among the glasses.
  6. Layer the crumbled biscuits in the glasses.
  7. Then place the strawberries on top.
  8. Another layer of mascarpone, biscuits and more strawberries.
  9. Refrigerate the dessert until ready to eat.
  10. Add mint if desired garnish and serve.
