Mango ice cream with yogurt

The main ingredient of this ice cream are frozen mango pieces. Mango ice cream with yogurt is flavored with lime and mint and sweetened with honey. But you can also just buy fresh mango, cut into pieces and freeze in advance.

Ingredients

  • 500 g mango, frozen
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 lime
  • 3 mint sticks
  • 250 ml plain yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. If the mixture isn’t sweet enough, add a little more honey.
  3. Pour into a plastic container or fill ice cream molds.
  4. Place in the freezer for a few hours.
  5. Mango ice cream serve on hot days.
