Ingredients

  • 5 tsp mustard powder, tsp slightly heaped
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp sugar, tsp slightly heaped
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp salt, tsp slightly heaped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  1. Powdered mustard, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice and boiling water and stir well immediately.
  3. Make sure there are no lumps in the mustard.
  4. Leave the mustard covered for a few hours.
  5. Finish Serve mustard with sandwiches or meat.
