Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • salt, to taste
  • spices, to taste

Utensils

  • Potato peeler
  • Vegetable slicer
  • Microwave
  • Microwave suitable bowl

Instructions

  • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  • If the potato is very young, there is no need to peel it.
  • Rinse the potatoes under running water and dry with paper towels.
  • A microwave-safe bowl with a Cover with paper towel.
  • Place a layer of potatoes on top.
  • The potato slices should not touch.
  • Salt the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with spices, if desired.
  • Cook the chips for 2 minutes at 800 watts.
  • Then turn the potato chips over and microwave again for 2 minutes at 800 watts.
