Ingredients

  • 500 g dark chocolate
  • 210 ml whipping cream 35%
  • 25 g butter
  • cocoa powder, to taste

Utensils

  • pot
  • spoon
  • plate

Instructions

  1. Heat the whipped cream with the butter.
  2. Bring to the boil, remove from the heat and add the chocolate.
  3. Stir until smooth, then allow to cool.
  4. Scoop out the chocolate mass with a teaspoon.
  5. Shape quickly with cold hands into round pralines.
  6. Spread the cocoa powder on the dry plate.
  7. Roll the praline balls in cocoa.
  8. Put the finished pralines in the refrigerator and serve as dessert.
