Make your own cheese dip with vegetable sticks
Ingredients
- 200 g cheese
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 300 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Utensils
- cheese grater
- pot
- bain-marie bowl
- spoon
- whisk
Instructions
- Grate the cheese and melt the butter.
- In a saucepan, evaporate 4 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper to 2/3.
- In a water bath, mix the egg yolks with the cheese and the melted butter Mix until creamy.
- Season the dip with lemon juice and let it cool down.
- Serve the cheese dip with vegetable sticks or chips.
