Low carb quark casserole with blueberries
Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of custard powder
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g blueberries
Utensils

- whisk
- spoon
- casserole
Instructions
- Mix the quark, eggs, custard powder and milk.
- Stir the blueberries into the quark mixture and pour into a casserole dish.
- Bake the casserole in the oven at 160°C for approx turns brown.
- Garnish the quark casserole with blueberries and serve.
