Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of custard powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g blueberries

Utensils

  • bowl
  • whisk
  • spoon
  • casserole

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, eggs, custard powder and milk.
  2. Stir the blueberries into the quark mixture and pour into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake the casserole in the oven at 160°C for approx turns brown.
  4. Garnish the quark casserole with blueberries and serve.
