Light omelette with minced meat

A great breakfast idea made from fluffy, fluffy and nutritious ground beef. Breakfast is ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable fat
  • 3 tbsp ground beef
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • herbs, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  2. Put the minced meat in the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and transfer to a plate.
  4. The remaining oil in in the same pan.
  5. Whisk the eggs with a whisk.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and add to the pan.
  7. Fry the omelette for about 5-7 minutes on both sides and place on a plate.
  8. Half Top the omelette with the minced meat and cover with the other half.
  9. Sprinkle the egg omelette with finely chopped herbs.
  10. Enjoy for breakfast or dinner.

Tip

This can be refined with cheese and leek.
