Ingredients

  • 500 g cod fillet
  • 100 g rice
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • pan
  • spatula

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the onion rings in it.
  4. Add the tomatoes to the onion and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Approx. Leave to steam for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the cod fillet into pieces and add to the tomatoes.
  7. Approx. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  8. Boil the rice in the water for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve the cod fillet with the rice and garnish with parsley.
