Ingredients

  • 200-250 g chicken breast, salted or smoked
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 80-100 g arugula
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

  2. Peel the mango and cut into wedges.
