Ingredients

  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • parsley, for garnish
  • lemon slices, for garnish

Utensils

  • vegetable slicer
  • wooden skewers
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumbers lengthwise into long, approx. 2-3 mm thin slices.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into narrow strips.
  3. Spread a little cream cheese on each strip of salmon and wrap into a roll.
  4. Then wrap each roll with the Wrap cucumber strips around and secure with a wooden skewer.
  5. If the cucumber strips are too long, they can be cut in half or shortened.
  6. Serve with parsley and lemon slices and serve cold.
