Leaf salad with smoked mackerel, beetroot and apples

Leaf salad with smoked mackerel

Portions: 4 persons | Preparation time: 140 minutes

Lettuce and beetroot complement each other perfectly with the sweet and sour taste of the apples and the smoked fish note. A sour-sweet apple is best for this salad. The lemon-olive oil dressing ideally combines the ingredients. And the walnuts give the salad the necessary crunch.
