Layered winter salad with potatoes, tuna, cucumber and eggs
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 4 eggs
- ½ red onion
- 4 pickles
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 20 g sour cream
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 sprig of dill, for garnish
- 1 sprig of parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs.
- Peel the vegetables and the eggs and grate them on a grater (grate the yolks and whites of the eggs separately).
- Dice the onion finely.
- Grate the gherkins on the grater as well.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream into a salad cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the salad in layers.
- The bottom layer consists of tuna, the next layer consists of finely chopped onions and is spread with salad cream.
- Place the potatoes in the middle of the plate and spread with salad cream.
- Distribute the carrots at two outer corners.
- The egg whites go on top of the potato layer.
- Lay out the gherkins in two rows around the egg whites.
- The egg yolks as desired Layer the salad.
- Garnish the layered salad with dill and parsley.
- Place the salad in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
