Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 jar of shiitake mushrooms, marinated
  • 100 g chicken, cooked or smoked
  • 3 pickles
  • 50 g Gouda cheese
  • Sour cream, to taste
  • Remoulade sauce, to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill
  • 3-5 stalks of chives
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Ikra

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 courgettes
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1 peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic
  • oil, to taste

Instructions

Preparing the Ikra

  1. Fry the aubergine, carrot, pepper and zucchini cubes with onions in a pan with oil. Add the diced tomatoes and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer.
  3. Let the ikra cool down.

Prepare the salad

  1. Drain the shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Cut large heads into smaller pieces and arrange in the bottom of a salad bowl.
  3. Chop the parsley, dill and chives finely and spread over the mushrooms.
  4. Mix the sour cream with the remoulade.
  5. Add the pressed garlic, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  6. Put the salad cream on the herbs and spread well, then each layer with of the salad cream.
  7. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  8. Distribute the meat as the next layer.
  9. Dice the pickles and spread over the chicken.
  10. Distribute over the pickles Ikra and spread with the salad cream.
  11. The top layer of the lettuce with sprinkle with grated Gouda.
  12. Decorate the rim of the salad bowl with chopped dill and serve the layered salad.
