Ingredients

Crunchy muesli

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 peaches
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Crunchy muesli

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C hot air.
  2. For the crunchy muesli, mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  4. Spread the muesli mixture on it.
  5. Bake the crunchy muesli for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool down and then crumble it with your hands.

yoghurt cream

  1. For the yoghurt cream, whip the cold cream until stiff.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Fold in the cream.
  4. Stone the peaches and cut them into small pieces.
  5. With a little Mix the lemon juice and honey.
  6. Layer the yoghurt cream with the peaches in glasses.
  7. Top with the granola and serve.
