Lamb’s lettuce with melon, figs and nuts
Ingredients
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 100 g melon
- 6 figs
- 60 g soft goat cheese
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tsp honey
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Utensils

Instructions
- Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce.
- Distribute the lettuce leaves on two plates.
- Cut the figs lengthwise into wedges.
- Cut the melon into narrow pieces.
- Then spread the figs, melon and crumbled cheese over the lamb’s lettuce.
- For the dressing, put the vinegar, oil and mustard in a dressing shaker.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad.
- Then sprinkle the chopped nuts over it.
- The lamb’s lettuce with freshly baked baguette.
