Ingredients

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 100 g melon
  • 6 figs
  • 60 g soft goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce.
  2. Distribute the lettuce leaves on two plates.
  3. Cut the figs lengthwise into wedges.
  4. Cut the melon into narrow pieces.
  5. Then spread the figs, melon and crumbled cheese over the lamb’s lettuce.
  6. For the dressing, put the vinegar, oil and mustard in a dressing shaker.
  7. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  8. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad.
  9. Then sprinkle the chopped nuts over it.
  10. The lamb’s lettuce with freshly baked baguette.
