Lamb shish kebab with onions and garlic

Lamb shashlik made from young lamb is incredibly tasty. In this recipe, the meat is cut into chunks and immediately threaded onto skewers. When grilling, the shish kebab is poured over with a sauce made from broth with garlic and onions.

- 1 kg of lamb
- 3 onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 500 ml meat stock
- Salt, to taste

- Cut the lamb fillet from a young lamb into pieces of about 40 to 60 grams.
- Skewer the meat and grill on the grill for about 10-15 minutes.
- Mix a barbecue sauce from the meat stock with pressed garlic and grated onions.
- Douse the skewers with the barbecue sauce.
