Ingredients

  • 1 kg of lamb
  • 3 onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 500 ml meat stock
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the lamb fillet from a young lamb into pieces of about 40 to 60 grams.
  2. Skewer the meat and grill on the grill for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Mix a barbecue sauce from the meat stock with pressed garlic and grated onions.
  4. Douse the skewers with the barbecue sauce.
