Kohlrabi salad with apple and yoghurt dressing
Ingredients
- 2 turnip greens, medium
- 1 green apple
- parsley, to taste
- leeks, optional
- 60 g plain yoghurt
- honey, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste Taste

Instructions
- Peel the kohlrabi and finely grate or cut into sticks.
- Cut the apple into sticks and mix with the kohlrabi.
- Cut the leek into fine rings.
- Chop the parsley.
- Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the yoghurt with lemon juice, honey and a little oil and mix with the vegetables.
- Serve the kohlrabi salad as a side dish with potatoes or grilled food.
