Ingredients

  • 2 turnip greens, medium
  • 1 green apple
  • parsley, to taste
  • leeks, optional
  • 60 g plain yoghurt
  • honey, to taste
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste Taste

  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and finely grate or cut into sticks.
  2. Cut the apple into sticks and mix with the kohlrabi.
  3. Cut the leek into fine rings.
  4. Chop the parsley.
  5. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix the yoghurt with lemon juice, honey and a little oil and mix with the vegetables.
  7. Serve the kohlrabi salad as a side dish with potatoes or grilled food.
