The pork loins are easy and quick to prepare with this recipe. Nevertheless, both the meat and the cheese sauce taste fantastic. The pork is very tender, juicy and incredibly delicious.

Juicy pork loins with onions and garlic in cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 pork loins, on the bone
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 240ml chicken stock
  • 150g processed cheese
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ⅓ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan at medium temperature.
  3. Fry the onions in it for about 5-6 minutes, remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  4. Wash the meat and pat dry.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fry in the same pan at a high temperature for approx. 7-10 minutes.
  7. Turn the meat in between.
  8. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and Cover with aluminum foil.
  9. For the sauce, return the onions to the pan.
  10. Add the broth, melted cheese, garlic and paprika.
  11. Bring the sauce to the boil while stirring.
  12. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  13. Place the pork loin in the cheese sauce and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  14. Then arrange on plates.
  15. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if you like.
  16. The pork loin in cheese sauce goes well with mashed potatoes, cooked rice or noodles.
