Ingredients

  • 400-450 g pork
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • mayonnaise, or sour cream, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • casserole

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and the onion into half rings.
  4. Grease a casserole dish with oil.
  5. Scatter the onion in it.
  6. The potatoes Lightly salt and place on the onions.
  7. Layer the meat over the potatoes.
  8. Spread the mayonnaise on the pork and potatoes.
  9. Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  10. Bake at 180° C for approx. 45 – 50 minutes .
  11. Remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese.
  12. Bake in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
  13. Serve the pork casserole with a fresh salad.
