Juicy layered salad with turnips, potatoes and eggs
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 turnips
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 100-150 g mayonnaise
- ⅓ leek
- 1 apple, best sweet and sour variety
- dill, for garnish

Instructions
The layered salad with turnips goes wonderfully with the grill. Kohlrabi or radishes can also be used instead of turnips.
