Juicy layered salad with rice, corn, pineapple and shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/2 can of pineapple
- 1/2 can of corn
- 1 packet of prawns, cooked
- 50 g of rice, cooked
- 1 handful of arugula
- Leek, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
Utensils
- salad bowl
- knife
- cutting board
- spoon
- sieve
Instructions
- Spread the prawns on the bottom of the bowl.
- Place the leeks in rings on top.
- Spread with some mayonnaise.
- Then layer the rice.
- Followed by pineapple, which is spread with mayonnaise.
- Then arugula and finally the corn.
- Let the layered salad sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
