Juicy layered salad with apples

Thanks to fresh fruit and vegetables, the salad tastes particularly light and juicy. Egg and cheese, however, give a pleasant feeling of satiety.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 100-150 g cheese, in one piece
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • lemon juice, optional
  • 1-2 apple rings, dried

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, apples and boiled eggs.
  2. Roughly grate all the ingredients separately.
  3. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
  4. Place the food ring on a large plate.
  5. Layer the salad with the prepared ingredients as follows:
  6. carrots , eggs, apples, and cheese.
  7. Spread each layer with mayonnaise or cover with a net of mayonnaise.
  8. Top the finished layered salad with cheese, carrots, and an apple ring.
