Juicy grilled shrimp skewers with pineapple, spices and oil
Ingredients
- 200 g prawns
- 100 g pineapple, in pieces
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Thyme, to taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Paprika powder, optional

Instructions
- Drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice.
- Make an oil marinade of the salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and oil.
- Soak the wooden skewers in the water before grilling.
- Coat the shrimp with the marinade.
- Place the prawns on wooden skewers, alternating with pieces of pineapple.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 10 minutes and enjoy warm with a dip.
