  • 200 g prawns
  • 100 g pineapple, in pieces
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Thyme, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Paprika powder, optional


  1. Drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice.
  2. Make an oil marinade of the salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and oil.
  3. Soak the wooden skewers in the water before grilling.
  4. Coat the shrimp with the marinade.
  5. Place the prawns on wooden skewers, alternating with pieces of pineapple.
  6. Grill the shrimp skewers for 10 minutes and enjoy warm with a dip.
