Ingredients

  • 200-250 g cabbage
  • Salt, to taste
  • 200 g smoked sausage
  • 2-3 pickles
  • 2 stalks of chives
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp sour cream, alternatively mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cabbage, lightly salt and knead carefully with your hands.
  2. Cut the sausage into strips.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces.
  4. Chop the chives into fine rings.
  5. Put everything in a bowl.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  7. Season the coleslaw with mayonnaise or sour cream before serving.
