Juicy chicken salad with pineapple, eggs and cheese
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 200g pineapple, canned
- 200g chicken fillet, smoked
- 200g cheese
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 20g mayonnaise

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs for 5-7 minutes, allow to cool and peel.
- Put the canned pineapple pieces into a colander and drain.
- Cut the eggs, chicken and pineapple into small pieces.
- Put the cheese on a finely grate.
- Put everything in a bowl.
- Salt and pepper the chicken salad and season with mayonnaise.
