Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 200g pineapple, canned
  • 200g chicken fillet, smoked
  • 200g cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 20g mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs for 5-7 minutes, allow to cool and peel.
  2. Put the canned pineapple pieces into a colander and drain.
  3. Cut the eggs, chicken and pineapple into small pieces.
  4. Put the cheese on a finely grate.
  5. Put everything in a bowl.
  6. Salt and pepper the chicken salad and season with mayonnaise.
