Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 150g rice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 white cabbage

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • pot

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and carrots and cut into small pieces.
  2. Fry them in the oil.
  3. Mix everything, add pepper and salt, mix well again.
  4. Form the cabbage leaves with the minced meat into roulades.
  5. Put the cabbage roulades in a saucepan.
  6. Pour boiling water over it.
  7. Add the black pepper, salt and bay leaves.
  8. Cook over a low heat for about 1 hour.
  9. Serve the cabbage rolls with any vegetable sauce or sour cream.
