Juicy apple pie with cream cheese and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 150g sugar
- 150g cream cheese
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 180g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Core the apples and cut into small cubes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon and add half of the mixture to the apples.
- Beat the soft butter with the sugar.
- Add the eggs, lemon juice, cream cheese, flour and baking powder and mix everything together mix.
- Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees for approx. 70 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cooled apple cake with powdered sugar.
