Hot white chocolate with cream cheese, vanilla and milk
Ingredients
- 250ml milk
- ¹⁄₄ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon, optional
- 60g cream cheese
- 60g white chocolate, chopped
- 20g whipping cream, spray cream, to taste

Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium-high heat. Do not bring to a boil, however.
- Reduce heat and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cream cheese.
- Stir well.
- Add chopped white chocolate and stir until dissolved.
- Top hot chocolate with whipped cream and serve hot .
