Ingredients

  • 250ml milk
  • ¹⁄₄ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, optional
  • 60g cream cheese
  • 60g white chocolate, chopped
  • 20g whipping cream, spray cream, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium-high heat. Do not bring to a boil, however.
  2. Reduce heat and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cream cheese.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Add chopped white chocolate and stir until dissolved.
  5. Top hot chocolate with whipped cream and serve hot .
