Hot cider with tea, lemons and bourbon whiskey
Ingredients
- 1.5 l cider
- 8 tea bags, to taste
- 1 lemon
- 130 ml bourbon whiskey

Instructions
- Pour the cider into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until the liquid has reduced by half.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Add the tea bags and lemon wedges and cook for about 4 Leave for minutes.
- Stir in bourbon whiskey.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
