Ingredients

  • 1.5 l cider
  • 8 tea bags, to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 130 ml bourbon whiskey

Instructions

  1. Pour the cider into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until the liquid has reduced by half.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  4. Add the tea bags and lemon wedges and cook for about 4 Leave for minutes.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
