Hot chocolate with dark chocolate, orange and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 360 ml milk
- 50 g dark chocolate
- ¹⁄₂ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
- Wash the orange, cut in half and squeeze out the juice with a citrus press.
- Put the orange peel in a saucepan.
- Add the milk and bring to the boil.
- Then remove from the heat, cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
- Then remove the orange zest.
- Add the pieces of dark chocolate, cinnamon powder, sugar and cocoa powder to the orange milk.
- Return to the stove and bring to the boil, stirring frequently.
- When the chocolate has dissolved and the milk begins to boil, cook for approx .Stir in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Simmer the hot chocolate over low heat for about 5 minutes and serve in glass mugs.
