A fairly common choice for a salad dressing is honey mustard dressing. It has a slight acidity, a little sweetness and a mustard taste. Making this salad dressing is very easy and anyone can do it.

Honey mustard dressing for fresh salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Measure the honey, mustard and red wine vinegar in a dressing shaker.
  2. Pour in the olive oil and add the pressed garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and shake vigorously.
  4. The honey mustard dressing goes very well with a fresh leaf salad.
