Hearty crepes with egg

The airy crepe batter, fried eggs, serrano and vegetables as a side dish is just the thing for the end of the day. The crepes are quick to make and hearty and delicious, whether for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 275 ml milk
  • 125 g flour
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • cucumber, to taste
  • Serrano ham, or bacon
  • parsley, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with milk.
  2. Add the flour and a pinch of salt and mix to form a liquid crepe batter.
  3. Fry the crepes in a hot pan with a little oil on both sides.
  4. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into slices.
  5. Fry the fried egg in a pan with oil.
  6. Season with lettuce and pepper and arrange on the crepes.
  7. Serve the crepes with tomatoes, cucumber and Serrano ham or bacon.
