Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lime
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 handful of spinach

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • stand mixer

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber and apples into large pieces.
  2. Peel the avocado and kiwi.
  3. Put everything in a blender with the spinach leaves and puree finely.
  4. Half the lime and press out the juice.
  5. Mix the smoothie with water, depending on the consistency dilute.
  6. Pour the green smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
