Healthy avocado smoothie with apple, cucumber and kiwi
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 2 green apples
- 1 lime
- 1 kiwi
- 1 handful of spinach
Utensils

- stand mixer
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber and apples into large pieces.
- Peel the avocado and kiwi.
- Put everything in a blender with the spinach leaves and puree finely.
- Half the lime and press out the juice.
- Mix the smoothie with water, depending on the consistency dilute.
- Pour the green smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
