Halloween cupcakes with chocolate frosting and candy eyes
Ingredients
Dough
- 80 g sugar
- 150 g butter, softened
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 300 g flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
Frosting
- 80 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 30 g cocoa
- sugar eyes, for topping
- Fondant, red, for topping

Instructions
Prepare the dough
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- In a bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the softened butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt and add to the egg mixture.

- Line the paper cups in the muffin tin and pour the batter into the cups.
