Ingredients

Cookies

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 150 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar

Topping

  • 100 g chocolate
  • Marshmallows, for decoration

Instructions

Bake biscuits

  1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Add the ground hazelnuts and almonds.
  3. Finally knead in the flour.
  4. Form the dough into rolls about 3 cm thick.
  5. Approx. Cut 1 cm thick slices and flatten them a little.
  6. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for a maximum of 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let the nut biscuits cool down.

Topping

  1. Melt the chocolate slightly.
  2. Place a dollop of chocolate on the bottom of each cookie.
  3. Lightly cover with another cookie, leaving a slight opening.
  4. Cut the marshmallows.
  5. The Halloween cookies with eyes and decorate teeth.
