Ingredients

  • 230 g flour
  • 50 g baking cocoa
  • 120 g sugar
  • 225 g butter, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 p. vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • sugar eyes
  • sugar glue

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and baking cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg yolk, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and butter.
  3. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  4. Wrap the shortcrust pastry in cling film and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Den Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 3 mm.
  7. Use a bat cutter to cut out bat biscuits.
  8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
