Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Halloumi grilled cheese
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Herbs de Provence, to taste
  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • grill brush
  • grill
  • vacuum bag

Instructions

  1. Cut the grilled cheese into pieces.
  2. Grip the grill grate with a little oil and place the halloumi on top.
  3. Grill the grilled cheese for approx. 6-8 minutes on each side.
  4. Stir together the olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs de Provence .
  5. Spread over the warm grilled halloumi.
  6. Place the grilled cheese in a vacuum bag and leave to infuse for an hour.
  7. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  8. Stir together some oil and crushed garlic and brush the tomato halves with it.
  9. With salt and pepper and cook on the grill for approx. 10 minutes.
  10. Serve the grilled halloumi cheese with grilled tomatoes.
  11. Serve the grilled halloumi cheese with grilled food or fish.
